SkyHawks Demo Day
The SkyHawks Demo Day is an annual event held at the SkyHawks RC Field in June. Demo day is held for people interested in learning more about RC Model Airplanes and seeing what the hobby is all about. All types of aircraft will be demoed during the day including Trainers, Sport Planes, Bi-Planes, Warbirds, Jet Aircraft and helicopters. These aircraft will be powered by glow fuel two and four stroke engines, gasoline engines, electric motors and even jet engine turbines. This is a great opportunity to ask question of the pilots and learn how to get started in the hobby. We even give the youngsters an opportunity to fly on a buddy box. Make plans to attend.
